NaaKosam FAQ

Yes — completely free. Creating an account, asking or answering questions, listing your services, posting an activity or roommate listing, and creating a matchmaking profile all cost nothing. There are no premium tiers or subscription plans.

Click Register from the login page, enter your name, email, and a password, and you're done. You can also sign in with your Google account. One account gives you access to every module — Ask Local Services, Local Services, Find Partners, Roommates, and Matchmaking.

Ask Local Services lets you post a question about anything you need help with — pick a category, describe what you need, and add your city — and get real answers from people in your community. You can also browse and answer questions other people have posted near you.

Local Services is a directory of trusted service providers — plumbing, tutoring, cleaning, design, and more. Anyone can search by category, price, or city to find services near them, and any user can list their own business or service for free.

Find Partners helps you find someone to join you for an activity — a workout buddy, a study partner, a travel companion, a hobby group, and similar. Post what you'd like to do along with your city and preferred time, or search for an activity someone else has already posted.

Roommates connects people looking for a room with people who have one available. Post a listing saying whether you're looking for a room or offering one, add details about the place, and set your city and zip code so nearby matches can find you.

Matchmaking is a dedicated life-partner / marriage introduction service — it's the one module on NaaKosam built specifically for that purpose, separate from every other section of the site. Create a profile with your age, religion, mother tongue, education, profession, and a photo, set your partner preferences, and browse or get matched with compatible profiles. Sending an Express Interest is the first step to connecting with someone; you can also mark a profile Not Interested if it isn't a fit. Find Partners, by contrast, is strictly for non-romantic activities like fitness, study, and hobbies.

You sign in once with a single NaaKosam account, but some modules keep their own profile so you can control what you share where. For example, your Matchmaking profile (photo, religion, height, etc.) is separate from your Local Services listing or your Find Partners posts, and each can be edited independently from its own "My Profile" / "My Listings" page.

Use the location picker at the top of the homepage to select your region and state, or change it any time from Change region next to your current location. Your city is used to show and match you with listings, activities, and profiles near you.

Browsing questions, service listings, activity posts, roommate listings, and matchmaking profiles is open to everyone. Posting your own listing or profile, messaging another user, sending an Express Interest, and answering a question all require a free account, so that everyone on the platform can be identified and the community stays safe.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and describe the listing, question, or profile you'd like us to review. We take reports seriously and aim to respond within 24 hours.

We collect only the information needed to run your account and the modules you use (name, email, city, and any profile details you choose to add). We do not sell your data to third parties. Photos on your Matchmaking profile are reviewed by an admin before they're shown to other members. Your password is stored encrypted, and you can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

NaaKosam currently supports cities across the United States and is expanding to more countries. Select your state during registration or from the location picker to see the cities available in your region.
